We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Computer Technician to join our dynamic IT team. Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems efficiently.
Set up and configure network devices, including routers, switches, and access points.
Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and monitoring.
Collaborate with IT team members to ensure smooth operation of all computer systems.
Assist users with software installations, upgrades, and general IT inquiries.
Provide training and support to end-users on various applications and systems.
Maintain accurate documentation, including IT procedures and user guides.
Manage phone and camera systems (training will be provided).
Perform basic QuickBooks tasks, such as data entry and troubleshooting minor issues.

Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years as a Computer Technician or similar role preferred. (Candidates without experience must explain why they are a good fit.)
Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting:
Operating systems (Windows).
Office applications (Microsoft Office).
Network connectivity (TCP/IP).
Familiarity with DNS configuration and network administration.
Experience with Windows Server administration (preferred but not required).
Knowledge of mobile devices (iOS, Android) is a plus.
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to handle a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment where quick and accurate repairs are essential.
Laziness, lack of motivation, or constant use of a cell phone during work hours will not be tolerated.
