- Handle incoming calls from clients looking to file a claim, speaking fluent English.
- Collect detailed information about incidents, including accident location, witnesses, and injuries.
- Provide clear guidance to clients, emphasizing the importance of confidentiality.
- Input client information into the system accurately and notify the attorney of new cases.

What Success Looks Like:

- Consistently deliver compassionate client service, helping clients feel supported during their most challenging times.
- Accurately gather and document all necessary case details, ensuring the attorney has everything needed to proceed.
- Maintain high client satisfaction scores, reflecting your ability to build trust and provide excellent service.

What We’re Looking For:

-Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish and English), organized in handling Google Drive files, proficient in data entry.

- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and a friendly demeanor.

- Personality: An empathetic listener who can connect with clients and provide the support they need. No legal experience is required—your people skills and organizational abilities are what matter most.
