We are a leading online car dealership, and are expanding its purchasing team and looking for a skilled Remote Car Buyer & Market Analyst. Your role will be crucial in sourcing the right vehicles, placing competitive bids in online auctions, and ensuring that we maximize our margins.

What You’ll Do:

- Car Valuation & Bidding: Analyze and value hundreds of cars daily based on the Swedish market. You will place strategic bids on vehicles within predefined profit margins.
- Market Trend Analysis: Identify popular models that sell quickly and avoid vehicles that perform poorly.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Work with large datasets to recognize trends, price fluctuations, and buyer preferences.
- Daily Deadline Management: Ensure bids are placed on time and with absolute accuracy—mistakes can be costly as bids are binding.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the sales team to understand which cars are in demand and adjust the purchasing strategy accordingly.

What We Expect From You:

- Strong numerical skills – You must be comfortable handling large amounts of data and making quick calculations.
- Car or bidding/valuation experience – Experience with online vehicle auctions or similar pricing models is a big plus.
- Market research ability – Ability to analyze trends and make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Attention to detail & precision – No room for mistakes.
- Self-motivated & reliable – Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
- Fluent in English – Our team communicates mainly in Swedish and English.
