ABOUT THE JOB:

We are searching for a Virtual Bookkeeper/Installation Job Costing Coordinator, with strong communication skills (oral and written) and a good command of technology to join the team.
What we look for:
- 2 years of Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
- 2 years of QB Online/Desktop experience
- 2 years of experience working in a US company/business
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good understanding of customer data base programs
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Able to multi-task well
- Good organizational skills
- Must exhibit the characteristics of honesty and integrity, quality and reliability"
"- Full-time availability (35-40 hours per week )
- Monday to Friday
- 8AM to 5PM CST (9/10PM to 6/7AM PHT)
- Able to start immediately
- Has computer/Laptop
- Has at least 20mbps internet speed"
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
"- Review all invoices from the Installation Department
- Ensure all installer hours worked are properly costed to each job
- Ensure all purchase orders are entered and costed properly
- Apply appropriate overhead charges to invoices
- Communicate with Project Managers and Warehouse team if items are missing (purchase orders, proposals, etc.)
- Enter corresponding hours worked per job into installer Performance Pay sheet for Performance Bonuses
- Finalize install job cost reports and work with Installation Coordinator and/or Installation Manager for approval
- Once job is approved, enter appropriate commissions into Project Manager commission sheets
- Batch approved jobs for export (by others) to Quickbooks
- Ensure a task is created for any jobs requiring warranties, rebates, or trade-ins"
