Remote Bookkeeper

ABOUT THE JOB:
We are looking for the next SUPERSTAR for our client. A caring, well-rounded team member with drive & passion for adding value and being a part of a growing company.
We are searching for a Virtual Bookkeeper, with strong communication skills (oral and written) and a good command of technology to join the team.

What we look for:
- Someone who has at least 2 years of Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
(Experience with a Personal Injury Law Firm is a plus but not a must)
- Someone who has at least 2 years of QB Online experience
- Someone who has at least 2 years of experience working in a US company/business
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Full-time availability (+40 hours per week )
- Capable of working from Monday to Friday, 9am CST (10/11pm PH) onwards
- Able to start immediately
- Has computer/Laptop
- Has at least 20mbps internet speed

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Coding transactions
- Bank Reconciliations
- Data Entry
- Payroll recording
- Accounts Payable
- Settlement distribution process
- Email management and handling requests from the team
