About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Accounting and Bookkeeping Training Manager to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for both new hires and existing tea
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive training curriculum for accounting and bookkeeping processes
- Create engaging training materials including manuals, videos, and interactive learning modules
- Conduct remote training sessions for new hires and ongoing development programs for existing staff
- Assess training effectiveness and adapt programs based on feedback and performance metrics
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps
- Maintain and update training documentation to reflect new procedures and best practices
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
2+ years of experience developing and delivering training programs
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, best practices, and industry regulations
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Proven experience in remote training delivery and virtual team engagement
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Asana for project management
Knowledge of Service Titan platform
Proficiency with Slack for team communication
Previous experience in a remote work environment
Professional certification in accounting or training (CPA, CIA, CTD, etc.)
