We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for networking, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive long-term partnerships that contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key partners.
2: Engage in proactive outreach, including cold calling, to establish new connections and generate leads.
3: Act as the primary point of contact to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
4: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
5: Monitor and analyze relationship performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
1: Experience in cold calling and proactive outreach to generate new business leads.
2: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
3: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex negotiations.
4: You are able to work in UK (London) time zone.

Note:
For the time being, the role is advertised as part time however for the right candidate the vision is to make this full time (i.e. 40 hours per week).
