Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural design, preferably in manufacturing, power systems, or modular housing industries.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit).
Strong knowledge of construction materials, fabrication processes, and building codes (e.g., ASCE, AISC, or IBC standards).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not mandatory.
Additional certifications in structural design or green building practices (e.g., LEED) are a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Timely delivery of accurate and compliant structural designs.
Reduction in manufacturing defects or structural failures.
Positive feedback from clients and cross-functional teams on design collaboration.
