We are looking for a full-time Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team remotely at Windy City Glam. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for storytelling, expertise in video editing and content creation, and a strong understanding of social media trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram. If you have experience in the bridal beauty or wedding industry, that’s a big plus!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content calendar for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms to align with marketing goals and brand voice.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging short-form video content (e.g., reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes clips) to showcase our services, client transformations, and team culture.
- Write compelling copies and captions with strong call-to-action.
- Collaborate with the team to generate fresh content ideas that highlight bridal beauty trends, tips, and real wedding
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community on social platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithms, and tools to keep our content relevant and innovative.
- Work closely with the Operations Team and other staff to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
Proficiency in video editing software and tools (e.g., CapCut or similar).
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Proven ability to create compelling, high-quality short-form video content.
Exceptional written and visual storytelling skills.
Knowledge or experience in the bridal beauty or wedding industry is a significant advantage.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
