JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Unskilled Home Healthcare agency based in Eastern Standard Time in the United States. We are looking for a Specialist/Coordinator for the Recruitment of Home Health Aids and Certified Nursing Assistants who will deliver services to our clients.

About You:
- You enjoy recruiting, interviewing, and guiding people through the recruitment process.
- You enjoy guiding people through the onboarding process.
- You are relatable, positive, and a good communicator.
- You have an eye for detail and like things to be well organized and accurate.
- You are a natural completer who enjoys getting tasks ticked off on your to-do list.
- You can be a little competitive, and like hitting targets, especially ones that are contributing team success.
- You enjoy working within a fast-paced environment.
- You must be available during weekdays of the United States Eastern Standard Time - 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities
• Conduct initial screening calls
• Conduct in-person interviews (via Zoom)
• Ensure the necessary documentation is collected from applicants.
• Communicate with Applicants through the screening process.
• Complete the necessary background and screening process
• Coordinate and guide the applicants through our Onboarding process
• Keep in contact with onboarded applicants to ensure they feel supported and recognized
• Create team development strategies
• Ensure the overall growth of our Care provider team

Qualifications
• 3+ years of recruiting experience (preferably in healthcare or home care)
• High School Diploma
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills
• Previous work-related experience, knowledge, or experience in a similar role, such as recruitment.
• Good communication skills including telephone manners
• Tech Savvy - Essential
• Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Qualifications, such as HHA, CNA or experience within home healthcare preferred but not required.
