Work Set-up: Part-time to start | with time tracker, screenshare, and Google Meet Video ON
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist with a passion for talent acquisition and a track record of success in recruiting top-tier candidates.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviewing and hiring.
-Source candidates through online channels, networking, and other creative means.
-Screen resumes and applications to identify the best fit for open roles.
-Conduct interviews via phone to assess candidates’ qualifications.
-Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
-Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
-Manage job postings across multiple platforms and track applicant responses.
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
-Strong sourcing abilities using job boards, social media, and other platforms.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
-Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Technical Recruiting experience is a PLUS.
