Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on specific role titles across industries
- Craft compelling, targeted job descriptions that attract top talent
- Develop a multi-channel job posting strategy
- Conduct live sourcing across social media platforms
- Build and maintain an extensive talent network
- Conduct ongoing market rate research
- Produce weekly/monthly recruitment performance reports
- Active participation in professional online communities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine candidate requirements
- Implement feedback loops for screening process improvement
- Create compelling job postings with innovative copy and graphic designs

Qualification Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of strategic recruitment experience
- Proven track record of transformative talent acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to develop recruitment strategies
- Talent market research capabilities
- Knows how to use ClickUp
- Has Community

- Basic video editing skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter or similar professional networking tools
