Recruitment Lead

Responsibilities
1. Oversee the recruitment department, managing resources, hiring, training, and firing as needed
2. Develop and implement a consistent and effective recruitment process
3. Create, track, and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
4. Create and continuously improve systems, procedures/SOPs, and scorecards based on the needs of the company
5. Identify opportunities for automation in the recruitment process and implement tools to streamline recruitment tasks
6. Build a centralized knowledge base to document best practices, policies, and procedures
7. Train/coach Recruitment Specialists on systems and processes
8. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
9. Create job descriptions and publish job ads on careers pages, job boards, and social media
10. Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates
11. Source and contact passive candidates online
12. Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information
13. Build a talent pipeline of potential candidates to meet future hiring needs

Requirements
1. At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment leadership role
2. At least 5 years of experience in end to end recruitment
3. Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
4. Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills
5. Proficient in Google Workspace.
6. Experience using HubSpot is a plus


Work Setup
1. 100% Remote Work
2. Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM EST (8 hours shift with 1 hour break)
3. US Holidays


Package
1. P30,000 to P40,000 monthly salary depending on experience
2. 13th Month Pay
