Job Summary
The Recruitment Associate is responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent who align with our core values of being disciplined, accountable, results-driven, and transparent. This role requires initiative to stay ahead of recruiting trends, maintain a competitive employer brand, and continuously improve our hiring and onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is well-groomed, high-energy, and inspirational, capable of engaging candidates and hiring managers with confidence while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Strategy
• Stay updated on recruiting trends and continuously train on new sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify, attract, and align top talent with our core values and company culture.
• Maintain a high-energy approach to recruitment, ensuring an engaging and exciting hiring process.
• Conduct cultural and operational interviews before final interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms, including Indeed, Glassdoor, the company website, and social media.
• Take initiative to refine and optimize job descriptions and ensure they are results-driven and competitive.
• Research competitive job postings to analyze successful strategies and incorporate effective traits.
• Manage and maintain pay bands to ensure fair and competitive compensation.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
• Own and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
• Conduct onboarding check-ins with new employees to ensure they are aligned with expectations and company culture.
• Hold managers accountable for properly onboarding new hires and completing necessary steps.
• Manage and improve the onboarding process based on transparent new hire feedback and survey results.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
• Work with marketing and graphics teams to maintain a disciplined and competitive online presence for job postings.
• Maintain and update the company’s presence on Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job platforms.
• Solicit feedback from new hires to enhance employer reputation through reviews on job sites.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Process Development & Compliance
• Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Continuously seek ways to improve and create efficiencies in hiring and onboarding.
• Manage and improve exit interview processes to gather valuable feedback.
• Track and report key recruitment and onboarding metrics to drive results-driven improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field required.
• Strong ability to identify and attract talent who embody our core values.
• Proven track record in hiring accountable and results-driven tea
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and employees.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a disciplined and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software.
• Strategic thinker and problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
Job Type
• Full-time (40 hours a week) Tuesday-Saturday 4am-1pm PHT.
