Recruitment Assistant

We're a growing recruitment agency based in the UK, and we're looking for a recruitment assistant to work on a number of global roles, doing the following:

- Sourcing candidates for a variety of roles
- Updating our CRM with candidate data
- Carrying out outreach to the candidates (we will provide templates)
- Following up with candidate applications
- Screening candidates
- Liaising with recruitment marketplace platforms to manage candidate interviews, etc.

We're looking for someone who has good experience of sourcing candidates globally for hard-to-fill roles - especially in the US but also across the Middle East, India and the Philippines.

We'd ideally like you to work UK hours, Monday to Friday.
