Our client is from a nanny staffing industry specializing in matching highly qualified household staff, including nannies, with families in need of support. They are committed to providing personalized solutions with a rigorous screening process to ensure trust and reliability. They are looking for a full-time Recruitment Administrative Assistant who will focus on quality and professionalism—someone who is detail-oriented and loves keeping things organized.

Responsibilities:
Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing and interviewing candidates for nanny positions.
Communicate effectively with candidates via phone and email, ensuring a positive experience.
Record detailed and accurate candidate information during calls and interviews.
Assist with administrative tasks to support the agency's operations.
Provide backup support for the owner as needed.
Attend twice-weekly meetings with the owner to align on goals and tasks.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm CT

Rate: $5.50/hour

What you need:
- Just like any job, you need to have the right tools to perform well. That being said, we need you to meet the following requirements to ensure success in this role:
- 1 main computer with at least core i5 processor
- A backup computer with at least core i3 processor
- Internet service provider with at least 10 mbps speed with no capping / data limit
- At least 5 mbps backup internet service
- An internet hub/cafe nearby that operates during your working hours
