JOB SUMMARY:
Ethos Support is seeking a skilled and dynamic Recruiting Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both work-at-home and on-site roles. This hybrid, on-site position will be instrumental in sourcing top talent, improving recruitment processes, and identifying innovative systems to enhance our HR and recruitment capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and human resources, including experience in global hiring and implementing HRIS or recruitment tools and processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, from crafting job descriptions to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and timelines.
• Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• HR Systems and Process Improvement: Evaluate, recommend, and implement innovative HRIS and recruitment platforms to streamline talent acquisition and human resources processes.
• Screening and Interviewing: Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further assessments with hiring teams, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation practices.
• Reporting and Metrics: Maintain recruitment data, provide regular updates on hiring metrics, and analyze trends to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Employer Branding: Actively promote Ethos Support’s employer brand to attract high-quality talent, fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment and HR experience, with expertise in both on-site and remote hiring.
• Familiarity with global hiring practices is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in implementing HRIS and recruitment systems, as well as creating processes for HR and recruitment functions.

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external
partners.

Technical Proficiency:
• Experience with tools like Asana and other project management or recruitment platforms is a plus.

Other Qualities:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A proactive mindset focused on solutions and continuous improvement.
