Recruiting Sourcer

I am looking to partner with a recruiting sourcer who can send me a steady stream of candidates for my recruiting agency. I am able to provide someone steady work, starting at 10 hours per week and increasing depending on the success of the sourcer. I need someone who has a LinkedIn Recruiter license and is fluent in writing in English.
