We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for virtual assistant positions, ensuring the selection of highly qualified candidates who align with our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source high-quality virtual assistant candidates.
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment platforms, to attract talent.
Candidate Screening & Assessment:
Review resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Administer and assess skills tests as required.
Client Collaboration:
Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, requirements, and expectations for virtual assistant roles.
Communicate effectively with clients throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and gather feedback.
Onboarding Support:
Coordinate onboarding processes for newly hired VAs, including documentation, training schedules, and initial setup.
Ensure seamless integration of VAs into clients' workflows.
Database & Process Management:
Maintain an organized database of potential candidates and track the progress of ongoing recruitment efforts.
Continuously improve the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in virtual staffing and remote work.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, preferably for remote or virtual roles.
Strong understanding of virtual assistant roles, including administrative, customer service, or property management tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and collaboration platforms.
Familiarity with project management and workflow tools is a plus (e.g., Trello, Slack, Asana).
Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting for property management or real estate-related roles.
Knowledge of VA-specific tools such as Dialpad, AppFolio, or Rently.
Multilingual capabilities or experience sourcing talent from diverse geographical locations.
