Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us identify, attract, and onboard top talent for the care industry. This role is crucial in ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our clients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the care industry.
Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of care roles, ensuring cultural and skill alignment.
Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to build a robust talent pipeline.
Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews and phone screenings.
Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay up to date on industry trends, hiring best practices, and compliance requirements in healthcare staffing.

Requirements
1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing (preferably in healthcare or related fields).
Strong ability to source and engage candidates using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions while maintaining quality hires.
Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM platforms, and recruitment automation tools.
A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-driven approach to recruitment.
Familiarity with employment laws and hiring compliance regulations is a plus.
