My client is looking for a competent Recruiter who has experience in sourcing operation roles in business such as Sales, marketing and operations.
Ideal candidates are independent recruiters who are resourceful and with proven track record in working with startups.
A day in the life of a Recruiter - Operations and Marketing:

Work on your own time
As our Recruiter-Operations and Marketing, you’re responsible for:
Presenting 8-10 qualified candidates/week
Keep a list of roles the HRM needs to hire
Source candidates
Create criteria to filter candidates
Evaluate sample work, select top 10 candidates/week
Interview candidates to reject or select
Tools you will use:
Clickup
Google Drive (Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Google Slides)
Google Looker Studio
Zoom video conferencing, Slack, WhatsApp, Google Chrome, and LinkedIn
Calendly + Google Calendar
