Recruiter | General, Healthcare (WFH)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled RECRUITER to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and onboarding remote staff for various support roles. You will help build a team of qualified individuals, ensuring they are skilled and able to meet client needs.

- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or remote staffing industries.
- Strong understanding of remote work dynamics and the specific needs of healthcare support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both applicants and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment software is a plus.
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications quickly and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
