We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment process for virtual assistants, ensuring we attract top-tier talent to meet organizational needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Source and identify potential virtual assistant candidates through job boards, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, X), freelance platforms, and professional networks.
Review applications, resumes, and portfolios to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening interviews (via video calls, phone, or chat) to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases or applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate records.
Draft and post job listings tailored to virtual assistant roles across relevant platforms.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed.
Assist in onboarding by preparing offer letters, contracts, or necessary documentation.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine hiring strategies and improve processes.
**Qualifications:**
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field (1-2 years preferred).
Familiarity with virtual assistant roles and the skills required (e.g., time management, communication, tech-savviness).
Proficient in remote work tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Suite, ATS software).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
[Optional: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus.]
**Preferred Skills:**
Experience using social media platforms (e.g., X, LinkedIn) for candidate sourcing.
Knowledge of remote workforce trends and best practices.
