Hiring - Recruitment Specialist (Part Time)

100% Work from Home
Starting Salary: $388.80/month plus bonuses
Working Hours: 4pm to 8pm EST; Monday thru Thursday

Responsibilities:

- Identify and contact at least 100 quality candidates per cycle.
- Track responses and update recruiters on interested applicants.
- Assist with screening and interview scheduling.
- Conduct follow-ups using multiple communication methods.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and databases.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Develop and manage candidate outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Analyze sourcing data to improve outreach and engagement.
- Identify inefficiencies in recruitment workflows and recommend improvements.
- Research and implement AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in sourcing/recruiting with a strong LinkedIn knowledge.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to track trends and improve sourcing efforts.
- Interest in using AI tools for automation and workflow optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solver who thinks creatively to overcome hiring challenges.
- Preferred Knowledgeable with construction or manufacturing industry
