Recruiter

We are looking for a recruiter who is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. They will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years experience in recruitment
- Hiring experience in BPO or the Healthcare Industry is preferred
- Experience in Interviewing Filipino job seekers
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- With a Laptop/PC with at least an i3 Processor or similar specification
- DSL Internet connection at least 100mbps
- Available to work in Central US Timezone
- Attention to detail and Time Management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting
