Job Title: Experienced Recruiter for Sales Team – Home Improvement Sector

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Role Overview: As our recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier sales talent for our growing sales team. You will have a deep understanding of the home improvement sector and will use your expertise to attract qualified candidates who can thrive in this industry. Your primary objective will be to find individuals who will help SEF Ltd expand its reach and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent for SEF Ltd. This includes creating job postings, utilising various platforms, and targeting candidates with the right skill sets.
Job Postings & Outreach: Use UK platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant recruitment tools to advertise open positions and reach potential candidates.
Sourcing & Screening: Proactively search for candidates who meet the qualifications for sales roles in the home improvement sector. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates are a good fit for SEF Ltd's needs.
Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a talent pool for future openings and ongoing recruitment needs.
Onboarding Support: Coordinate the hiring process and work closely with the hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new recruits.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in the home improvement sector, to better understand the skills and qualifications required for success in this field.
Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment progress and provide regular reports on the status of open positions and the performance of recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications:
Experience in Recruitment: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on sales or the home improvement sector.
Home Improvement Sector Expertise: A solid understanding of the home improvement industry and its workforce needs. This knowledge will help you identify the best candidates for sales roles in this field.
Familiarity with UK Job Platforms: Experience using UK-based job platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other online recruitment tools.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and clearly convey job requirements and expectations.
Proactive & Results-Oriented: A self-starter who can take charge of the recruitment process and deliver high-quality candidates quickly and efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Ability to screen resumes, conduct thorough interviews, and make data-driven decisions on candidate suitability.
Sales Experience (Preferred): Previous experience working in a sales-focused environment is a plus.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
