What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Recruiter with a proven track record in the U.S. healthcare recruiting field. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and dedicated to finding creative solutions to support our clients in hiring top talent.

Fluency in spoken and written English is an absolute must for this position. You will represent The Aligned Leader in professional conversations with U.S.-based clients, candidates, and universities. Clear, confident, and professional communication is key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting Expertise: Recruit physical, occupational, and speech therapists for U.S.-based private practices, leveraging your deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Operational Efficiency: Use automation tools, project management software, and CRMs (preferably GoHighLevel) to streamline recruiting processes.
Creative Job Ads: Write compelling job ads that evoke emotional responses, stand out from the crowd, and inspire candidates to apply.
Social Media Management: Create and schedule professional posts on Facebook and LinkedIn, manage campaigns, and engage with potential candidates.
Light Graphic Design: Design promotional and advertisement materials to attract and inspire talent.
Candidate Outreach: Proactively source candidates via email, cold calling, texting, voicemails, online events, resume sourcing, and social media engagement.
University Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with U.S.-based universities to connect with graduating students and faculty.
Applicant Tracking Systems: Post job ads on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems efficiently.
Handshake Platform Use: Leverage Handshake for recruiting and candidate outreach.
Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with clients.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on recruiting best practices and strive for industry-leading expertise.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Fluent English: Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with U.S.-based clients and candidates.
Experience: Proven expertise in U.S. healthcare recruiting, especially with physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with GoHighLevel, project management tools, and applicant tracking systems.
Creativity: Exceptional writing skills for job ads and social media content that inspire action.
People Skills: A talent for building and maintaining professional relationships.
