Job Overview:

Sheegog Contracting is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented recruiter to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from posting job ads on Indeed to screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring we attract top talent for our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, experience using recruitment platforms like Indeed, and a knack for writing compelling job postings and email outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Postings & Ads: Create, post, and manage job postings on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
Candidate Sourcing: Use Indeed’s search and analytics tools to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of job postings, ad campaigns, and applicant flow using Indeed analytics. Prepare regular reports to monitor and optimize recruiting efforts.

Email Outreach: Draft and send professional emails to candidates, managing communication throughout the hiring process.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Workload Management: Maintain organized records of candidates and recruitment activities to ensure timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.

Qualifications:

Experience using recruitment platforms like Indeed or LinkedIn.
Knowledge of managing job ads, utilizing Indeed’s analytics, and optimizing campaigns for maximum reach.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in drafting job postings and email outreach.
Ability to create reports and track recruitment metrics to evaluate performance.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or similar tools.
