Job Title: Records and Data Operations Manager
Location: Remote (PST Time Zone – California)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)
Salary: $300 per month

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Records and Data Operations Manager to join our team. This key role involves managing the organization and flow of critical data, ensuring smooth operations across platforms, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, time management, and maintaining high standards in data integrity and communication.
Responsibilities:
• Data and Records Oversight: Manage the intake, organization, and storage of critical documents, including intake forms, rating scales, and assessment results, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Platform Administration: Navigate and maintain various assessment and reporting platforms, including Q Global, MHS, IntakeQ, TherapyNotes, Q Interactive, and PARi Connect. Ensure seamless login processes and document uploads to the appropriate platforms.
• Rating Scale Management: Oversee the distribution, collection, and scoring of rating scales completed by parents, teachers, and self-reporters, ensuring timely updates and documentation.
• Google Drive File Management: Organize and maintain shared folders for psychologists and professionals, ensuring completed documents and rating scales are properly uploaded and accessible.
• Records Requests: Handle and track records requests from schools, families, or external entities, ensuring that all requests are processed promptly and securely while maintaining confidentiality.
• Task Coordination: Utilize management tools to assign tasks, track deadlines, and ensure that all records and reporting tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement best practices for managing records, data, and reports. Provide guidance on time management and prioritization to ensure efficient workflows.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in records management, data operations, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with psychological assessment tools and platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets) and other digital platforms.
