We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a busy professional with a diverse set of responsibilities. The role encompasses accounting, property management, personal scheduling, and travel booking, providing an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow in multiple fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Support:

Manage and organize accounting for personal finances and multiple LLCs.
Track expenses, invoices, and ensure accurate financial records are maintained.
Assist with tax preparation and financial reporting.

Property Management:

Oversee the management of multiple rental properties.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and tenant communication.
Ensure timely rent collection and manage property-related paperwork.
Managing collections and rent payments
Handling lease renewals and agreements
Communicating with tenants regarding maintenance issues, lease terms, and other customer service concerns
Coordinating and overseeing property maintenance and repairs
Managing tenant move-ins and move-outs
Keeping accurate records of property activity, including maintenance, inspections, and financial transactions

Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule personal appointments such as doctor visits, vehicle maintenance and meetings.
Organize and prioritize calendars for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:
Experience:

Previous experience in accounting, property management, or personal assistance is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Technical Skills:

Good skill with Google Docs and Email
Familiarity with accounting software and tools (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.) is a plus
Familiarity with property management platforms and CRM tools is a plus.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle correspondence and manage relationships with tenants, vendors, and clients.
Detail-Oriented:

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial and property management tasks.

Additional Job Requirements:
- College or Associate Degree
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and trustworthy
- Fluent English speaker
- Excellent English grammar: written and spoken
- Very reliable high-speed internet and backup data connection
- This is a full-time, long-term position
- Based on the client's request operating hours - Monday through Friday, 40-hour/week
- Ability to work New York morning time (8:00 am to 12:00 pm) which is 8:00pm-12:00am Manila time
