Real Estate and Loan Officer Virtual Assistant
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Real Estate and Loan Officer Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support for our real estate and mortgage operations remotely. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage diverse responsibilities across real estate transactions, marketing, client communication, and loan processing. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Social Media:
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram,
Design marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, postcards, promotional videos, and newsletters.
Manage
Plan and execute online ad campaigns (Google Ads,
Monitor engagement metrics and recommend strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.
Customer Support:
Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using a CRM system (
Provide timely updates to clients on loan applications, document requirements, and transaction progress.
Assist with organizing open houses, client events, and educational seminars for real estate or loan prospects.
Research and Data Analysis:
Conduct comparative market analysis (CMAs) to assist in determining property values and pricing strategies.
Research local market trends, neighborhood data, and industry developments for real estate and mortgage opportunities.
Stay updated on mortgage rates, loan products, underwriting guidelines, and changes in real estate laws.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant in real estate and/or the mortgage industry.
Strong proficiency in real estate and loan tools such as MLS, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, kvCORE, HubSpot), and loan origination systems (e.g., Encompass, Calyx).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with tools such as DocuSign, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
