We’re looking for a highly skilled Acquisitions Manager to join our real estate investment team! If you have great English, experience in running comps, estimating repair costs, following up with sellers, and getting deals under contract, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

-Responsibilities:

-Communicate with sellers – Build rapport and maintain relationships
-Run accurate comps – Analyze market data to determine property value
-Estimate repair costs – Assess properties and provide cost projections
-Follow up with leads – Keep sellers engaged and move deals forward
-Negotiate & lock up contracts – Get deals under contract for our disposition team

-Requirements:

-Fluent English – Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Real estate experience – Familiar with running comps & valuing properties
-Strong analytical skills – Ability to estimate repair costs accurately
-Self-motivated & results-driven – Can work independently and close deals
-Tech-savvy – Comfortable using CRM and real estate tools
