Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled website manager to build, maintain, and continuously update a high-end real estate website showcasing multi-million dollar properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing a sleek, professional, and high-performing website while ensuring it stays up to date with property listings, renovations, remodeling projects, sales, buys, and rentals.

This role requires someone with expertise in web development, SEO, real estate content management, and market trends, who can keep me informed on performance metrics, new features, and updates.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a premium, high-end real estate website tailored for luxury properties
- Ensure the site is visually stunning, user-friendly, and optimized for mobile and desktop browsing
- Manage property listings, including sales, buys, rentals, remodeling, and renovations
- Update content with new listings, property updates, virtual tours, and market insights
- Implement and maintain SEO strategies to drive traffic and increase visibility
- Integrate lead capture tools, chat features, and CRM systems for potential clients and agents
- Regularly analyze website performance and provide reports on traffic, engagement, and leads
- Keep the website secure, optimized, and up to date with the latest technology
- Coordinate with real estate agents, photographers, and designers to ensure professional content
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to enhance the site’s performance
