Real Estate Website Developer (React + Node.js with Repliers API)

Overview: We are a real estate team based in Ontario, Canada, looking to hire an experienced web developer or small team to build a hybrid real estate website. The project involves:

-A WordPress frontend (home, blog, landing pages)
-A custom React + Node.js application for the property search and listing functionality using the Repliers API

We use Zoho CRM, and our internal Zoho developer will handle backend CRM integration. You will focus on the search experience, listing details, and clean integration with WordPress.

Project Scope:
-Build a responsive, modern React-based property search page
Filters: Status (Active/Sold), Transaction Type (For Sale/Lease), Beds, Baths, Price, etc.
Support for list, map, and split view layouts
-Build listing detail pages powered by Repliers API
Include images, property info, CTAs (schedule a showing, save, request info)
-Use Node.js backend to securely interact with Repliers API
-Ensure compatibility or integration with existing WordPress site
Match the UI/UX inspired by Redfin

Must Haves:
-Experience building client dashboards (e.g., saved listings, showing cart, feedback)
-Experience integrating React/Node applications with Zoho CRM
-Familiarity with Canadian MLS, DDF, or real estate data compliance

Deliverables:
-Custom React + Node.js application powered by Repliers API
-Secure data fetching and routing
-Integration strategy for WordPress (e.g., subdomain, iframe, or API link)
-Basic documentation for handoff and ongoing use
