JOB OVERVIEW

HIRING A FULL-TIME VIRTUAL ASSISTANT FOR A REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

-$5.00 – $7.00 USD/hour (depending on experience)

-$860 - $1200/month ($10,320 - $14,400/yr on target earnings)

-Paid US holidays

-Opportunity to work overtime, if duties call for it


HOURS & WORK SCHEDULE:

-40 hours/week, Monday–Friday

-8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Philippines night shift)


ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are Higher Ground Land, a U.S.-based real estate investment company that specializes in buying and selling vacant land across the country.

We are growing quickly and are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Assistant to join our team full-time.

This is a long-term position with the potential to grow into a leadership role for the right person.


YOUR ROLE: REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

You’ll report directly to the Director of Operations and play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll support our marketing, acquisitions, and dispositions teams while helping us improve and automate our systems over time.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Track and update daily company KPIs & metrics (Google Sheets)

-Input and manage new leads in our CRM (we use LeadBoss, a GoHighLevel CRM)

-Conduct property research using internal tools

-Add new contracts to inventory and update deal status

-Order aerial photos and edit them using Photoshop or similar

-Maintain and clean up CRM records

-Assist with automations and workflow improvements (Zapier)

-Organize digital files and upload documents

-Help refine SOPs and document new processes (ChatGPT)

-Perform other operations-related admin tasks as needed



REQUIREMENTS

-1+ year of experience as a VA in a real estate company (land experience preferred)

-Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, trackers, formatting)

-CRM experience (especially lead and deal management)

-Basic photo editing (Photoshop or similar)

-Excellent spoken and written English

-Extremely high attention to detail

-Reliable internet and backup power setup

-Two monitors at your workstation (required)

-Comfortable with Slack and online team tools


BONUS (PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED)

-Experience with DocuSign or other e-sign platforms

-Experience with Zapier automations

-Familiarity with ChatGPT for SOP writing or idea generation
