JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistant with experience in property management and proficiency in CINC CRM. The ideal candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, tenant communication, property listings, and CRM management to ensure smooth operations for our real estate team.

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage CINC CRM to update leads, follow-ups, and client communications.
*Handle tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease documentation.
*Coordinate property listings, including scheduling showings and updating MLS.
*Assist in tenant screening, lease renewals, and rent collection tracking.
*Maintain records of property expenses, contracts, and compliance documents.
*Communicate with vendors, contractors, and property owners regarding maintenance and repairs.
*Prepare reports and track key property management metrics.
*Assist in marketing efforts, including email campaigns and social media updates.

Qualifications:
*Previous experience in real estate or property management (preferred).
*Proficiency in CINC CRM and other real estate software.
*Strong communication and organizational skills.
*Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently.
*Familiarity with real estate marketing and lead generation strategies.
*Tech-savvy, with experience in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and property management tools.

Salary Range: $5.50-$6.00 per hour
