JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant with expertise in the New York real estate market to support our team in managing day-to-day operations and client interactions. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of NY real estate practices and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence with clients, agents, and vendors.
Transaction Coordination: Assist with preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and closing documents, ensuring compliance with New York real estate regulations.
Lead Management: Organize and update CRM systems, track leads, and follow up with prospects to nurture client relationships.
Property Research: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs).
Listing Management: Create and maintain property listings on MLS and other platforms, ensuring accuracy and high-quality content.
Marketing Support: Assist with social media campaigns, email marketing, and promotional materials for properties.
Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.
Document Management: Organize and maintain digital files, contracts, and property records for easy access and reference.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the New York real estate market.
Knowledge of NY real estate laws, contracts, and MLS systems.
Proficiency in tools like CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing strategies is a plus.
