Real Estate Virtual Assistant - Lead Generation & Automations (Follow Up Boss)

We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Virtual Assistant with expertise in lead generation, automation setup, and CRM management (Follow Up Boss). The ideal candidate will assist in generating, nurturing, and converting leads while automating follow-up processes to improve efficiency and maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead Generation & Prospecting-
*Identify and qualify potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
*Generate leads via cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
*Research and build prospect lists using various lead-generation tools.

-CRM & Automations (Follow Up Boss)-
*Manage and update Follow Up Boss CRM with lead information, notes, and follow-ups.
*Set up and optimize automated workflows, email sequences, and drip campaigns.
*Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups.

-Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up-
*Engage and re-engage cold leads through calls, texts, and emails.
*Maintain consistent communication with prospects and past clients.
*Implement systems to convert leads into appointments and closed deals.

Qualifications:
*Proven experience in real estate lead generation & automations.
*Strong background in Follow Up Boss CRM.
*Knowledge of email marketing, SMS campaigns, and social media outreach.
*Excellent communication and organization skills.
*Ability to analyze lead data and optimize follow-up strategies.
*Tech-savvy, with experience in Google Workspace, automation tools and lead databases.
