Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Land Acquisition)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented virtual assistant to support our real estate land acquisition operations. This role requires strong English communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a problem-solving mindset. The majority of your work will focus on investigating land markets, researching zoning details, reviewing maps, and conducting outreach to property owners.

We prefer candidates with real estate experience, but we are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow. This position has long-term growth potential, with opportunities for more hours, expanded responsibilities, raises, and commission over time.

Responsibilities
Land Market Research & Analysis (Majority of the Role)

Investigate and analyze potential land markets
Contact cities and counties to gather zoning details and future development plans
Review maps and property visualization software to identify high-potential properties
Research property ownership and gather relevant details
Owner Outreach & Lead Generation

Conduct outreach to landowners via mail, text, email, and phone calls
Track and maintain a database of potential property leads
Follow up with interested sellers and document responses
Requirements
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate professionally with city officials and landowners
Must be able to overlap with U.S. Mountain Time (MT) for approximately 10 hours per week
Must be willing to make outbound phone calls to gather information and contact landowners
Preferred: Experience in real estate or land acquisition, but we are willing to train the right candidate
