We are a growing real estate media company looking for an experienced Real Estate Video Editor to join our team.

What You'll Do:
- Edit Real Estate Listing Videos, Talking Head Videos, Lifestyle Content, and Community Tours with smooth transitions, speed ramps, and high-end color grading.
- Deliver high-quality videos within 48 hours of receiving footage.
- Follow brand style and guidelines while implementing creative enhancements.
- Apply motion tracking, minor animations, and smooth text overlays when needed.
- Use music selection and sound design to enhance the final product.

What We Offer:
$30+ per video, depending on complexity.
Consistent workflow with opportunities for growth and increased rates over time.

Requirements:
- MUST submit a portfolio to be considered. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
- Proven experience editing real estate videos
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro (or alternatively, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Strong skills in color grading, stabilization, and seamless transitions.
- Reliable high-speed internet to download and upload large files.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and social media trends.
- Experience in trendy, high-quality short-form content and viral video creation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
