We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Responsibilities
Edit cinematic real estate videos and short-form content (reels) that showcase properties in the most visually appealing way.
Deliver first drafts within 36 hours of receiving footage.
Complete all revisions within 12 hours of receiving feedback.
Prioritize projects based on deadlines:
Revisions (first priority)
Oldest unstarted projects
Newest projects
Maintain high-quality standards—attention to detail, storytelling, and creativity should never be sacrificed.
Follow file export settings and naming conventions:
Cinematic videos: 4K MP4 (Branded & Unbranded versions)
Reels: 1080P MP4
Ensure flawless communication with the team:
Respond to all messages within 5 minutes during shift hours.
Notify the Project Manager immediately if a deadline cannot be met, providing an explanation and revised completion time.
Manage daily workflow effectively, including:
Downloading new footage and reviewing project briefs.
Completing revisions before starting new projects.
Uploading completed projects on a rolling basis—do not wait to upload everything at once.
Submit an End-of-Day Status Report to update the team on completed projects.

Work Schedule (PST Time Zone)
9:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Download new footage, read project briefs, check revisions queue.
10:00 PM – 12:00 AM: Complete and upload all revisions.
12:00 AM – 6:00 AM: Edit unstarted projects (oldest first) and upload completed videos.
6:00 AM – 6:30 AM: Finalize any last-minute revisions from the Project Manager.
6:30 AM – 7:00 AM: Submit End-of-Day Status Report.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus).
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Understanding of real estate videography aesthetics and trends.
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and highly responsive during working hours.
Experience using Tonomo, Slack, and WhatsApp for communication is a plus.
