Real Estate VA / Cold Caller

We Are Looking For A DEDICATED & DRIVEN Real Estate ISA / VA to help us scale to the next level.

Job Description:

As Our VA / ISA hybrid role, you will handle most administrative tasks such as email / calendar management, coordinating appointments, paperwork, inputting listings, and sending homes to buyers on the VA side. On the ISA side, you will be cold calling and doing lead follow up. The end intention is to assign the employee to either VA or the ISA (what they prefer) and hire out the other.

Compensation:

$3.50 per hour plus commission which increases to $5/hr plus commission when hitting the milestones.

Salary Increase:

Salary Increases by $0.50 When the ISA Gets Us:

1) A Sold Listing From Your Efforts- A lead that you either initially cold called or were assigned to follow up on eventually hires us for the listing and we successfully close the transaction.

2) A Sold Buyer From Your Efforts: A lead that you either initially cold called or were assigned to follow up on eventually works with us to buy there home and we successfully close the transaction.

Commissions:

$50 commissions paid for:

1) Securing A Listing: Lead ISA generated or assigned turns into a listing
2) Listing Closes: When the listing you secured closes
3) Buyer Closes: Buyer generated or assigned to ISA closes.
4) Transaction Coordination: When you TC a deal for us (your lead or ours)

Roles & Responsibilities

The primary function of this role is to free up my time as the founder to focus on highly productive activities and help us dramatically increase revenues by cold calling and following up to increase lead flow and conversion rate. Not to be overwhelmed as the specific tasks will be delegated one at a time. We are looking for someone who can be well trained at all these tasks to be self-sufficient where we will not have to micromanage and they can be effective in their role.

The Main Tasks You Will First Learn Are:

1) Email & Calendar Management
2) Sending Properties
3) Paperwork
4) Inputting Data Into CRM (go high level)
5) Following Up On Older Leads
6) Cold Calling To Generate New Listings
7) Receiving Incoming Calls/Inquiries From Agents & Buyers
