Real Estate Underwriting

Hi we are seeking an individual to assist us with US Real Estate Investment underwriting

Task is to enter property financials (T12/income statement) and Rent Roll into our existing Underwriting excel worksheet/model.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Basic Multifamily Real Estate knowledge.
• Basic experience in Underwriting US Real estate acquisitions.
• Excel proficiency

This is a part time job for now and pay will be per job with POTENTIAL for full time at $7+ per hour.
