Responsibilities:
- Property Underwriting & Deal Analysis – Run comps, assess ARV, calculate MAO, and analyze deal potential.
- Market Research – Study local markets, trends, and investment opportunities.
- Acquisition Support – Help structure creative deals (owner financing, subject-to, etc.).
- CRM & Data Management – Organize deal information in our system.
- Communication & Follow-Up – Work with sellers, agents, and investors.
- Report Preparation – Present underwriting reports for decision-making.
Strong willingness to learn about the following:
* Experience in real estate underwriting, wholesaling, or acquisitions
* Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
* Familiarity with deal analysis tools (PropStream, BatchLeads, Privy, etc.)
* Understanding of creative financing methods (a plus)
* Strong research and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal English
