We are actively seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Title and Abstract Researcher to join our dynamic team.  We are looking for the BEST OF THE BEST!

You MUST have at least 2 years of experience pulling real estate title searches.

The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of researching, abstracting and pulling title work for properties  with a minimum of 2 years experience. You must understand the nuances of real estate transactions and be able to summarize research findings, highlight potential issues, and provide insights that will inform decision-making processes for our real estate initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Conducting thorough examinations of property titles and ownership records to verify property ownership information and clear title for transactions.
- Identifying and analyzing any encumbrances, liens, easements, or other restrictions affecting properties that may impact their value or usability.
- Collaborating with attorneys, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documents and clarify any discrepancies in property records.
- Producing comprehensive reports that detail research findings, including potential risks and recommendations for mitigation.

- Utilizing modern technology and research tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of title research processes.
- Staying up-to-date with changes that may affect title and abstract research practices.
- Maintaining meticulous records of all research activities and findings to support future reference and audits.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are crucial in this role. We will provide you with the necessary training to be proficient and succeed in this role. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical skills, the ability to think critically and independently, and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $800/month + Performance bonuses paid on all closed transactions.
