Role Mission
As our Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for landowners considering selling their property. You'll manage our text marketing campaigns and handle incoming calls with the empathy and professionalism that reflect our family-owned values. This role is crucial in building trust with potential sellers and gathering essential property information.
Core Responsibilities
Execute and manage text marketing campaigns through Launch Control software to connect with potential sellers
Monitor and respond to incoming communications through Launch Control platform
Handle incoming calls professionally, gathering detailed property information
Qualify leads by understanding landowner situations and property details
Document all interactions in our CRM system with attention to detail
Coordinate with our acquisition team to ensure smooth handoffs
Maintain consistent communication volume while personalizing approaches
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in lead generation or real estate communications
Strong phone presence with excellent listening skills
Ability to connect authentically with landowners in various situations
Experience managing text marketing campaigns
Proficiency with CRM systems and data entry
Understanding of or interest in land and conservation
Key Success Metrics
Consistent achievement of monthly qualified lead targets
Quality of information gathered from initial contacts
Conversion rate from initial contact to qualified lead

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years experience in lead generation or similar role
Demonstrated success in phone-based customer interaction
Strong organizational and data management abilities

Experience with text marketing platforms
