Real Estate Telemarketer / Lead Generation

We are looking for a full-time Real Estate Sales Telemarketer with 2+ years’ experience previously working for an Australian real estate agency, the role is Monday to Friday 11 am - 3 pm and 4 pm - 8 pm (Sydney time)

Duties and responsibilities:
- Australian real estate market cold calling potential sellers or residential properties
- Familiar with Utilising RP data as well as price finder to generate and contact leads.
- Convert these leads into appointments for the Director to meet potential sellers of residential properties.
- Contacting customers outlining market conditions, offering appointments to evaluate their property.
- Regularly update Agentbox CRM in regards to contacts that have been contacted.
- Highlight key property sales results
- Targeting sellers in specific geographic areas in Sydney
- Follow-up calls and emails to warm leads

This role suits a candidate with strong abilities in building instant rapport, informing potential sellers on market data, and able to successfully booking appointments for the agency. Consistency and persistence are the key attributes to succeed in this role as well as strong communication skills with very good fluency in the English language.
