Job Description:
We are seeking a Real-Estate Research Specialist to join our team for a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Researching and sourcing housing options for temporarily displaced families.
• Drafting housing proposals for review and approval.
• Creating rental lease agreements and ensuring their accuracy.
• Acting as the first point of contact for phone and email communications, delivering exceptional client relations and customer service.
• Managing administrative tasks and maintaining organized records.
• Providing clear and professional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Tentative Start Date: January 20, 2025
Tentative End Date: March 31, 2025
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate, housing research, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and LastPass.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A client-focused mindset with a proven ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Must have reliable internet access and a computer to perform remote work effectively.
