Real Estate Property Researcher (Texas and other US States)

Are you skilled in researching real estate information online? We’re looking for independent contractors or freelancers to join our team and assist with online property investigations for properties specifically for Texas and other states in the United States. Texas is our first focus, particularly properties going to foreclosure auctions such as the Texas Tax/Sheriff Sales and Texas Mortgage Trustee Sales. We are bidders at tax-defaulted property auctions, and we need someone whose English is optimal and who is willing to call the county clerks to obtain information. We will provide all the tools needed.

What You’ll Do:
o Conduct online property research, including:
o Gathering ownership details including current deed and reviewing transaction histories.
o Identifying existing mortgages, liens, and judgments against property and the owner.
o Compiling property tax information and verifying reports.
o Deliver accurate, well-organized PDF reports for each property researched.

Skills We Value:
While specific experience in U.S. real estate is not required, preference will be given to candidates with:
· Experience in title research, ownership history, or property lien searches.
· Knowledge of property tax documents and other county public records.
· Strong organizational and analytical skills for piecing together detailed property histories.
