JOB OVERVIEW

We are based in Columbus, OH and our company started in 2015 to focus on real estate investment. We have continued to grow our rental portfolio to 180 units and currently have our rental portfolio with a third-party property management company and want to bring management in-house and build out our property management team. We are looking for someone with property management experience. This is FULL TIME LONG TERM.

Starting pay will be $7.00 - $11.00/hr depending on experience, with regular increases based on performance The more experience you have in property management, we will consider a higher hourly rate.
Only apply if you can work 8 hours between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm USA EST (Columbus, OH) Monday – Friday.

Skill Requirements:
a) Advanced comprehension, written & verbal English,
b) Minimum 1 year experience in property management,
c) Experience with Excel, Microsoft & G Suite applications,
d) Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills,
e) Positive attitude and professional demeanor, good communication skills with team
f) Strong organizational skills

Tech Requirements:
a) Fast, dependable, High speed internet with wireless Hotspot backup
b) Updated computer that can use a Hotspot backup even when power goes out

Preferred Experience:
a) Real Estate administrative role for a USA based company
b) Experience using Buildium software
c) Spanish speaking

Responsibilities Include:
a) Data Entry for income & expense tracking
b) Collecting rent and sending out past due notices
c) Emailing and phone calls to our residents
d) Communicating with our residents and resident retention
e) Electronic File Management & maintenance
f) Prepping leases and reviewing potential residents and background checks
